Gen. 2HE Darts (Heavy)

This version of the popular Gen.2HE dart sports a heavier (+0.2g) tip. That doesn't sound like much but it does something interesting to the ballistics.
 
You see, a heavier dart is going to loose energy less rapidly during flight. Also, due to the shift in the centre of mass, it's also going to be a more stable in the air.
"But what does that mean Kevin?" I hear you say...
Well, if your blaster is tuned to a specific muzzle velocity, these darts should have a longer effective range and will generally be more accurate to boot. And all without creeping over your FPS limit. If however, your games are based on energy limits rather than FPS, you will have some maths to do before you can be sure you're under the limit.
